Great, a cop that is actually working instead of cruising around looking pretty.

My brother-in-law got into an accident and local cops here, in Hatillo, didn't even respond to his phone calls. Cops in the next municipality (Camuy) actually took the call and came out. LOL!</description>

		<description>Maybe those intersections don't get bad enough because of the sensors?  But you're right, those sensors should be on ALL lights not just handpicked ones.</description>
